Food and drinks are among essentials for living things. While billions consume
them every day, only a slim percent endeavor to know them! Even slimmer are the
number amongst them who are connoisseurs!!Most make mistake of considering rich
table etiquette synonymous with connoisseurship!!!
Software world too sees such paradoxical happenings every day. Testing
companies without any taste and appreciation abilities do exactly that with
revolutionary products and solutions. In our den, we Believe, testing without
target’s taste is like eating in haste or eating without digesting. We Practice
a routine of investing time, energy and soul in developing a taste of what is to
be tested. This is our food. We live for and by it; every moment of every day.
Naturally then, very strong is our association with what we Deliver. We feel it
as ours, we care and support it as ours!!! Not surprisingly then, those who work
with us once, stay ours forever.
If you are a Qualifier – part of our company staff (world) –not only are you
punctual and hardworking; you are an attribute with highly developed taste buds.
If you are not, you will not be Qualifier very long. One time, One client, One
task. Only one goal – quantity is sometimes important but quality is every time
‘the most important’ and that is why we are Qualitree and not quanitree.
We are not the most profitable company around. Nor are we the largest in
terms of employees, sales, infrastructure, and such. While we very much care
about black bottom line; profit is also function of satisfaction in our
surroundings. While many places talk and write about it, we in our own humble
way, Believe, Practice and Deliver it.

Mission
Scaling Mt. Everest every day!! How? By doing hard and honest work; leaving no
work for tomorrow. Will be before time but definitely on time, always. Never
giving up; saying and believing BEST is mine. Praying to what inspires me and
what I aspire for. Sharing the joy and result of achievement(s) with the whole
team and the community around me.
Values
While everyday is possibly a new journey, one thing that is consistent is BOAT

Management Team
Charanjeet S Minhas - Managing Director
Charanjeet is the founder and Managing Director of Qualitree Solutions Pvt Ltd.
He founded the company with a vision to “…grow it into a tree bearing quality
and ensuring quality, and hence the name’. In less than a decade, he has grown
it to envelope the US, India and Canada.
With over 17 years of IT experience, he has a degree in computer engineering and
masters in international business.
Subrat K Patra - CEO
As CEO, Subrat provides leadership to propel the overall growth of the company across the product and service offerings from Qualitree. He identifies & drives the strategic business opportunities apart from overlooking the smooth functioning of the organization. He firmly believes in People as the key to success for any company.
Subrat brings over 12 years of experience in Sales, Marketing & Business Excellence across the Financial Services sector. In his previous role he was engaged in business analytics for the Sales & Distribution verticals of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance in India. He has also managed different territories across India during his Sales stint with ICICI.
Subrat graduated in Management & Business administration from ICFAI, one of the leading B-schools in India.
Parthiv Zaveri - Director, Business Development
Mr. Zaveri serves as Global Head of Sales & Marketing, where he is responsible
for the global strategic and tactical sales planning that will support
Qualitree’s growth in India and International markets. He is responsible for
crafting and communicating the value proposition of Qualitree’s offerings to the
company’s target markets Previously, he worked with Intellicon, Elitecore,
Global Tech and DDE ORG Systems where his responsibilities included the
management of marketing, new business generation and solution sales development.
Mr. Zaveri earned an Electronics degree from Pune University.
Prasad Madineni - Director, Operations
As the Director - Operations of Qualitree, Prasad is responsible for Operations,
revenue growth, new partnership opportunities, customer satisfaction and new
development initiatives. Prasad brings over a decade of experience (exposure in
both APAC and North American environments) in IT Industry and believes strongly
in People & Processes.
Prior to this, Prasad has worked with Global Tech and Satyam Infoway.
Prasad has graduated with a degree in Management & Business administration from
one of the leading B-schools in India -ICFAI.
Sunmeet S Sethi - Director, Technology
Sunmeet has over 10 years of experience in diverse areas including global delivery management, talent nurturing, delivery excellence supporting pre-sales and competency development.
He is responsible for aligning the organization's global business needs and strategies with appropriate technology and process plans. Along with the responsibilities for charting and defining strategies for delivery excellence, he is also responsible for delivery management, growth, process improvements and nurturing the talent globally.
Sunmeet holds a bachelor’s degree in computer sciences from Pune University, India.
