Prabu A - GM Projects
Prabu has over 10 years of experience in Information Technology across variety of domains. He specializes in start ups & has been involved in setting up of many I.T Start ups in India. Has traveled widely & is well versed with the I.T industry both in India & the USA. He has worked with companies like Microsoft, Computer Associates, Kaashyap Radiant Systems and Citibank.

Charanjeet Singh Minhas - Director
Charan has a degree in Computer Engineering from Amravati University and Masters in International Business from University of Central Lancashire, UK. He has over 10 years of Software industry experience. Before founding Qualitree, Inc., he was with Integrated Software Solutions, Inc., at their Hyderabad and USA office. Charan has very strong footing in the IT Industry and understands the testing domain well. Charan has built Qualitree with dedication and diligence. He is headquartered at Delaware in USA and runs the USA Operations of Qualitree. He works in tandem with the Indian operations and visits Bangalore once every quarter to work out strategic alliances.

Venkatesh S. Aiyer - Director
Venky has a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University. He has over 11 years of experience as Director, Universal Flexibles Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore. Universal Flexibles is a premier manufacturer of hydraulic hose assemblies, hose fittings and adapters. It is a distributor for Ultrafilter International, Germany for their world class range of pneumatic peripherals. Universal Flexibles exports 75% of its production to overseas markets of USA, Sweden, Spain and the Middle East.

Venkatesh brings with him the ability to handle an Organisation under various crisis situations. He has a focused approach which helps Qualitree travel on its chartered path.

P. Chandrasekhar- Director
Chandru joined the team as an advisor in January 2005, and has 30 years of General Management experience, in a variety of businesses ranging from FMCG - IT Consulting - BPO consulting. Worked with companies like Levers, SmithKline Beechams, ITC, and United Biscuits-UK. He co-founded Renodis Inc- USA & Infotree Solution - India. His experience is wide-ranging and includes sourcing and structuring partnerships with Indian vendors, mergers & acquisitions, identifying and structuring joint ventures and building and launching wholly-owned subsidiaries of foreign companies in India. Similarly he has also helped several Indian companies expand internationally with focus on US and Europe.
