Parthiv Zaveri - Global Sales Head
Mr. Zaveri serves as Global Head of Sales & Marketing, where he is responsible for the global strategic and tactical sales planning that will support Qualitree’s growth in India and International markets. He is responsible for crafting and communicating the value proposition of Qualitree’s offerings to the company’s target markets Previously, he worked with Intellicon, Elitecore, Global Tech and DDE ORG Systems where his responsibilities included the management of marketing, new business generation and solution sales development. Mr. Zaveri earned an Electronics degree from Pune University.

Charanjeet Singh Minhas - Managing Director
A computer engineering graduate with masters in international business, Charanjeet has been working in IT industry from more than 15 years. A natural entrepreneur, he has founded multiple IT companies and Qualitree is one of them. “He is a C and believes in 3 Cs". Conceive. Commit. Communicate is his one line mantra for success. An avid reader, he takes great pride and satisfaction in reading and writing Punjabi poetry. Though based in Newark, Delaware, he very frequently keeps traveling to company offices in US, Canada and India.

Venkatesh S. Aiyer - Director
Venky has a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University. He has over 11 years of experience as Director, Universal Flexibles Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore. Universal Flexibles is a premier manufacturer of hydraulic hose assemblies, hose fittings and adapters. It is a distributor for Ultrafilter International, Germany for their world class range of pneumatic peripherals. Universal Flexibles exports 75% of its production to overseas markets of USA, Sweden, Spain and the Middle East.

Venkatesh brings with him the ability to handle an Organisation under various crisis situations. He has a focused approach which helps Qualitree travel on its chartered path.
